Personal use only: the Home Service Plan is for personal or home use. It is not for business networks and must not be resold.

Backups: secure backup support is included where you provide suitable working storage, such as an external drive or NAS. Backup IT can help advise on suitable hardware.

Visits: home visits are available by appointment. 1.45p per mile may be charged, and visits over 1 hour may incur extra charges for time or travel.

Fair usage: unlimited remote support is intended for normal home use. Excessive or unreasonable requests may be restricted or charged separately.
